Nick is married with two children. He graduated from The Chester College of Law in 1999 and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. He has practised in Wirral in commercial litigation ever since. Prior to his career in law, he worked as both a Restaurant manager and a Chef. He still has a keen interest in cooking.
Main areas of focus:
Commercial and civil litigation, debt recovery, enforcement and contractual disputes, with particular specialism in construction disputes.
Winning an extremely complex and involved fraud case, after two years of hard work and constant pressure. After the verdict, it was very emotional and the relief on the client’s face made it all worth while.

Hobbies and Interests:
Cooking (French), Football (Leeds United) and Cricket (Yorkshire). Having recently taken up golf he has now begun to understand the concept of ‘frustration’…something that eluded him on his Law Degree!
