How to contact us whilst our office is closed to visitors
To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have closed our office to visitors. However, we are very much OPEN for business virtually and will continue to handle all client cases and new enquiries in our usual efficient manner.
If you need to contact us then please telephone or email us. If you are a client then please email your file handler or call them on their direct dial number in the usual way and they will respond. For all other enquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the majority of our team are now working from home so please email correspondence, rather than post if possible. We have been conducting our business primarily by email and telephone but can provide video conferencing where practical. We wish to reassure our clients that during these unprecedented times we are continuing to provide legal services without disruption.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The Keith Jones Partnership is a Practice of solicitors, based in Birkenhead, Wirral, specialising exclusively in commercial debt, contract litigation and enforcement.
The company prides itself on being approachable, pragmatic and providing straightforward advice. This is our philosophy.
Legal 500 has said: “The Keith Jones Partnership is praised for its realistic approach and timely responses”, “their intricate knowledge is phenomenal”, and “highly professional and good manners; most importantly they understand businesses and provide efficient advice.”
The Keith Jones Partnership was formed in May 2006 and the founding members are Keith Jones, Brenda Li and Nick Brown who are all solicitors specialising in business-to-business debt recovery and general commercial contract claims and have many years experience in this field.
Our aim is to provide high quality yet cost effective commercial litigation services. Specialising in one niche area of law, rather than practising across a broad range, allows us to focus on what we do best!Read more…
Would like to personally thank you for all the help in this matter – very efficient service. Would certainly recommend you to anyone else in the same situation.
I should also like to thank you personally for the manner in which you conducted the case. Both in terms of timing and appropriateness of effort, I thought your work was exemplary. You provided sound and timely advice, and at the same time recognised the dubious tactics of the other side for what they were – namely maximising expenditure – and came up with a suitable strategy for negating these – brevity. All in all, I do not think I could have received a better legal service and I shall certainly recommend you and your firm to any of my colleagues who find themselves in a similar situation.
In terms of service, I am really much more than pleased – if you would like a testimonial I would be more than happy to provide one as I would rate your service as my best experience dealing with a solicitor by a considerable margin.
I would like to express my sincere thanks fo your assistance in the recent successful court case. Getting the right result of course sweetens the deal a little more but I was so impressed with the way you handled this case for me. Your robust and swift replies to the delaying tactics offered by the defendant really put my mind at ease. Your continued and informed communications were without doubt a real source of comfort. To say I am pleased with the outcome we received would not serve justice on an exemplary service your organisation provided during the build up to the case. If the need arises for the services of litigation, I will without doubt be calling upon you.
Once again, I want to thank you for your good work with this case (I know I have thanked you three times before). You spent time and fully understood our case. You fully understood the law and all the ways we could tackle the issues like summary judgment and striking out (which I think a lot of solicitors would not have) . You had a direct dial number (I imagine most solicitors are quite hard to get hold of, and like everything going through their PAs)… if I have any more legal battles… you will be first person to call.
Many thanks and ‘well done’. We appreciate your help and efficiency.
…to say we’re chuffed is an understatement…You’ve been an amazing guide through the whole process and made everything much smoother than expected, I actually forwarded your messages to a friend who has a law firm in Wales and he was so impressed with the way you handled everything he’s keen to use your services.
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and with a legal opinion that is so obviously well considered. I’d be more than happy to recommend you to all my litigious American friends here and would not hesitate to contact you in the future myself.
We both really appreciate everything you have done for us in relation to this case and are extremely grateful to you for the flexibility you have shown with fees. It was pleasure doing business with you and whilst we hope not to be in a position to need your services again, we would have no hesitation instructing you should the need arise again in the future.
I want to thank you for the excellent work you have done for Snows Timber in our last financial year. The Keith Jones Partnership gives the optimum mix of a highly professional and effective attention to our legal needs coupled with a friendly, approachable and, most of all, personal service and availability. I never feel that the “meter is ticking” when I ring for your advice.
